5. Premium Listing Terms

Premium listings are subject to additional terms and restrictions:

• Item-Specific Listing: Premium listings are created for a specific aircraft or aviation equipment item at the time of listing creation. The premium status is tied to that particular item and its original listing details.
• No Item Substitution: Once an item has been sold or removed from sale, the premium listing cannot be modified to advertise a different aircraft or equipment item. This prevents users from transferring premium benefits to new items.
• Listing Integrity: Premium listings must maintain their original item details throughout their active period. Significant changes to the core item being advertised are not permitted.
• Single Item Policy: Each premium listing is valid for one specific item only. Creating multiple premium listings for the same item or transferring premium status between different items is prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
• To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• To submit false or misleading information
• To upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code

7. Payment Terms

Featured listings and premium services require payment. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Refunds are subject to our refund policy and applicable laws.

9. Disclaimers
